Have you ever met someone who always seems “lucky?” Someone who things just fall into place for? Conversely, have you ever met someone that “luck” and “good fortune” seem to be a complete stranger to? I have a secret that I would like to share with you. These people are neither lucky nor unlucky. There is something deeper going on. Something that is in every object on this planet, including us. Understanding this something, while working on increasing it, will change your life in ways that you can only imagine. This “something” is a universal law called “The Law of Vibration.”
The Law of Vibration is one of the basic laws of the Universe. It decrees that everything moves and nothing rests. We exist in a literal ocean of motion. Everything is made up of particles called atoms, and atoms are made of protons, neutrons and electrons, and all of these are constantly vibrating. From the keyboard I’m typing this on, to the desk that I’m sitting at, to my own body, everything is vibrating. Some atoms move at incredibly low vibrations, like my desk and my keyboard, while other objects of mass vibrate at unquantifiable speeds, like our own bodies.
From a scientific and metaphysical perspective, we are all “beings” that are made up of different energy levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Each of these levels has a vibrational frequency, which combine to create your overall vibration of self. All vibrations operate at high or low frequencies, within us and around us. If your vibration is low it will be clear, but this can be changed. It is simply a matter of being aware of your situation and then working on increasing your vibration. Perhaps you are not motivated or inspired. Your health may be poor or you feel surrounded by negative people. When your vibration is high however, you will feel an incredible sensation of motivation and inspiration. You may be inviting inspiring people into your life, jumping out of bed each day full of optimism, things may be rocking particularly well in business, perhaps your bank balance has never looked so full!
Because I want you to live the best life you can, I have compiled 8 ways for you to increase your vibration so you too can realize the wonderful life that is awaiting you! This list is in no particular order, but each are proven to increase your vibration so you may attract abundance into your life and live the life you have always dreamed of - being The “Lucky” One!
1. Practice Acts of Kindness.
Abundance and kindness are both feelings of high vibration. When you are able to give to another you change your thoughts from “I don’t have enough” to “I have so much, I can give to others.” It is important to note that we are to give and be kind but to never expect anything in return. Conversely, when you are unkind to others, your vibrational frequency will suffer.
2. Become Conscious of Your Thoughts.
What you think, feel and say become your reality. If you have negative thoughts, you will never feel inspired or motivated. You must live in the now and recognize your thoughts as either destructive or advantageous to your overall mental health. When you have a negative mental thought, you must chase it out of your mind by thinking of a positive outcome in that potential situation. When you live in the now you are neither worried about your past nor your future. You are living, feeling and saying what is in your present. By doing this you will increase your vibration, making you feel more motivated and inspired about your life.
3. Be Conscious of the Food You Eat.
Many foods vibrate at a higher frequency than others. Some foods, such as foods high in saturated fats, salt and refined sugars, like fast food, vibrate at a lower frequency. We are what we eat. To achieve and maintain a high frequency we must eat foods with a high frequency. Below is a list of foods that contain a high vibrational frequency.
- Fresh fruits

4. Find Something Wonderful and Appreciate It.
Open your eyes, no I mean really OPEN YOUR EYES! There are wonderful and beautiful things surrounding us constantly. It is our duty to recognize and appreciate the beauty in the little things. Furthermore, it is imperative to find positivity even in negative circumstances. This may be one of the hardest feats to overcome, but it is an imperative skill to master in order to stay motivated.
5. Drink Water.
Our bodies are made up of mostly water. Therefore, water vibrates at our natural frequency. When we are dehydrated our vibration suffers. Water also naturally clears out the toxins in our body. Toxins contain poor frequency and cause your motivation to suffer.
Get relaxed. Close your eyes. Focus on slow simple breathing. Give your brain a break! When you meditate daily it improves your life. People who meditate have ten times more focus than a person who doesn’t include this practice. Meditation improves both mental and physical health dramatically. Taking only 5-10 minutes daily to meditate will make a world of difference!
7. Be Grateful.
This is the big one! Focusing on the things that you are grateful for shifts your paradigm from negative thinking to a positive outlook that increases your vibrational frequency. One tip I suggest is to create a “Gratitude Journal” and make a practice of writing in it daily. A gratitude journal is simply a diary of things you are grateful for. It is most powerful to write in it at the onset of your day, or at the very end of your day.
8. Get Up and Move.
Motivation requires a high vibrational frequency. A high vibrational frequency requires movement. Whether it’s dancing, running, lifting weights or walking, get the blood pumping. Not only is this healthy for your body, but it also stimulates your mind to focus on the positivity in every circumstance.
